STARTERS

TUNG TONG (v)

Mushrooms, carrot & water chestnut, wrapped in a thick pastry, deep fried & served with a sweet plum sauce.

Grilled King Prawns on skewers.

vegetable tempura (v)

Deep fried mixed vegetables in a tempura batter served with a sweet chili dip

SPARE RIBS

Pork ribs marinated in honey & soy sauce then deep roasted.

DIM SUM

A Steamed pudding with prawn & pork filling, intrincataly prepared & shaped as a flower.

MAIN COURSE

Select Three Dishes from the following

GARLIC CHICKEN

Chicken stirfried with Garlic and black pepper.

PANANG (v)

Dry curry with chicken or mixed vegetables, coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves & capsicums.

BEEF MASAMAN

A mild but rich curry of slowly cooked braised beef with potatoes, onion and
garnished with tomato and cashew nuts.

PAD BAI GRAPOW

Pork, Chicken or beef rapidly stir fried with garlic, onion, a touch of chili & a subtle bouquet of basil

KUNG PAD BROCCOLI

King prawns flash fried in a selected chef’s sauce with fresh broccoli, carrot & Chinese mushrooms.

SWEET & SOUR (v)

Mixed vegetables cooked in a piquant sweet & sour sauce with pineapple.

KIA TA KIR

A rich & tasty chicken dish, wok fried with lemon grass in the chef’s own sauce with a hint of chili.

CHICKEN & CASHEW NUTS

Deep fried chicken pieces stir fried with spring onion, onion, roasted chili, mushrooms & cashew nuts.
